Welcome to SKAZKA guest house!

“Skazka” is the private mini-hotel (guest house, B&B) for a comfortable family summer recreation on Black sea side. Located in the village Zaliznyi Port (Kherson region, Ukraine), 100 km from Kherson. Zaliznyi Port (Zheleznyi Port) is located on the border of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve. This eco-friendly corner of the Black Sea coast with wonderful sandy beach!

“Standard” rooms (for 2-4 guests) have   30sq.m  and contain: TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, shower room (with towels, hair dryer, perfume), new furniture, set of dishes, carpeted floor covering. We have  16 “standard” rooms with double and single beds.

And we have familly two-bedroom appartments (for 4 guests) composed  a big  hall, two bedrooms and shower room, total area is 70 sq.m. This room containes new furniture (with double and single beds), carpeted floor covering, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, airon, set of dishes.

All our rooms have garden view. We have a cozy shaded area with comfortable outdoor furniture, BBQ facilities, small garden with pavilions, sun terrace. Territory is safe and protected. We have closed area on the best beach.

“SKAZKA” is guest house for families with children, who want have quiet comfortable accomodation, good breakfast (“buffet”) and excellent service. We have non-smoking rooms only and designated area for smoking. We do not accept guests with alcoholic and drug intoxication.

The nearest airport is far from  140 km (Kherson),  nearest  railway station is far from 120 km (Kherson). Good bus service from Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kyiv and other cities. Distances to Kyiv is 650km, to Mykolaiv is 175km, to Odessa is 320 km. “Skazka” also has facilities for meetings and transfers our guests.

The nearest public beaches is far from 500-800m. Markets, shops, cafes are far from 100-400m.
